God has commanded us to love one another unconditionally as He loves us, and those in the care ministry respond to that call by actively bringing the love of God into people’s lives. Care Ministers provide a listening presence and concern to those who are facing a time of crisis, trauma or personal loss. Care ministers, supported by the entire parish community, become God’s presence to those people who need special attention.
To those who are not able to join us for the celebration of the Eucharist, care ministers and extra ordinary ministers of the Eucharist also bring Jesus in the sacrament of Holy Communion to those who can’t worship with our parish family on Sundays.
If you are home-bound or unable to join us on a regular basis, or know someone who is, call the parish office at 920-743-4716 to set up a visit from a Care Minister.
